Meet the Doctors
Dr. Greg Gilbaugh DDS
I attended the University of Iowa on a football scholarship which provided me with many great memories, (along with a couple degenerative knees). I graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1985, and completed residency training in Advanced General Dentistry in 1986. That training established the foundation to pursue a deep desire I had to serve people with compassion and skill in a field that I truly love and am passionate about. I founded The Family Dental Center with a desire to bring together a team of highly skilled and caring people that would share in the vision of providing an exceptional dental experience for individuals and their families as well as having a positive impact on our community. Today that desire and mission grows into reality. I have been married to my best friend Laura since 1985, and we live here in Coralville along with our nine children. I am also a follower of Jesus Christ which provides me the privilege of being part of the pastoral team at Grace Community Church in North Liberty, Iowa. I look forward to serving you and your family and I will do my very best to make your experience with us one that is truly exceptional! I retired from clinical dentistry as of September 2017.
Dr. Dawn Stultz, DDS, MS
After obtaining my dental degree from the University of Iowa, I completed a residency in orthodontics where I received a Masters Degree and Certificate in orthodontics. Currently I am a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Iowa Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and Iowa Dental Association. I enjoy providing orthodontic treatment for children, teens, and adults. Each person is unique and his or her treatment options are tailored to his or her individual needs and desires. I strive to make your orthodontic care a positive experience in which you are excited with the transformation of your smile. Outside of work I spend time with my husband and three boys on our farm. I also love volunteering at our children’s school, leading children’s and mother’s groups at church, shooting archery, and hiking outdoors. I look forward to seeing you!
Dr. Jillian Vorrie, DDS
I became a dentist because I saw the potential to make a positive impact in the health and lives of my fellow community members. After receiving my Bachelors degree in Biology from Grand View University in 2019, I ventured to Hawkeye Country to earn my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with a distinction in dental public health in 2023.
When out of the office, you can find me with my husband and our young daughter reading books or exploring at the park. I’m a lover of sports, having played collegiate softball for four years. I also enjoy weightlifting, singing or playing my violin in church, and playing co-ed slow pitch.

Dr. David Gugliano, DDS
I have lived in Iowa City since I was four years old and am proud to call the area home to this day. After graduating from Iowa City West High I completed both my undergraduate and dental degrees at the University of Iowa, graduating with my dental degree in 2014. I am married to my best friend, Bethany, who I met in high school. Our children, Cole, Charlotte and newborn twins: Crew and Carver, occupy most of our day as we absolutely love watching them grow up. In my free time, I enjoy woodworking, cheering on the Hawkeyes, and taking our dog, Nola, on walks through the neighborhood. I am very excited that I get to offer dental care to the community that raised me!
Dr. Hunter Duncan, DDS
I’m originally from Dakota City, Iowa, and after spending eight years in Iowa City, I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2020 and my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2024, both from the University of Iowa. My love for dentistry comes from the hands-on, mechanical aspects of the profession, where I can blend my engineering background with my passion for patient care.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me enjoying walks with our dog, Willow, a Springerdoodle. I’m also excited to share that my wife is currently in dental school, so if you catch us chatting, it’s often all about dentistry!
I’m dedicated to providing the best care for my patients and always eager to learn new techniques to expand my skills in the ever-evolving field of dentistry. I’m honored to call the corridor home and look forward to providing phenomenal dental care for all. Go Hawks!
